Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations to assess client profiles, academic backgrounds, and career goals. Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred in International Relations, Education, or a related field).
Profile Evaluation: Recommend suitable courses, colleges, and countries based on client eligibility and financial capacity. Experience: 1+ years in Study Visa Counselling or International Admissions.
Application Management: Guide clients through the entire admission and visa application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. Key Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), cross-cultural awareness, excellent attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa laws, financial requirements (GIC, blocked account, maintenance funds), and interview protocols. Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and online application portals.

 

2. Case Processing Executive / Documentation Specialist

 

This role is the backbone of our successful visa approvals, focused entirely on precision and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Ideal Candidate Profile
Document Vetting: Scrutinize all supporting documents (financial, academic, and legal) to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the chosen country/university. Education: Bachelor's degree (Law or a related field is a plus).
File Preparation: Prepare, organize, and manage physical and digital client files with meticulous accuracy. Experience: 1+ years in documentation, back-office, or compliance within the immigration or education industry.
Liaison: Communicate with embassies, consulates, and government portals to track application status and resolve documentation queries. Key Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines.
